Barnes & Noble 2012 Back-to-Campus Show - Exhibitors on-line reservations. Barnes & Noble has arranged an exhibitor room block at the conference rate of $220, single or double occupancy, per night. To qualify for this rate, you must make your room reservation by March 5, 2012. Guestroom availability may be limited; reserve your guest room(s) as soon as practical. Freeman will accept crated, boxed, or skidded materials at the warehouse beginning Friday, February 24, 2012 until Tuesday, March 20, 2012. Materials arriving after March 20, 2012 will be received at the warehouse with an additional after deadline charge. Warehouse materials are accepted at the warehouse Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 3:30pm.

Freeman will receive shipments at the exhibit facility beginning Tuesday, March 27, 2012. Shipments arriving before this date may be refused by the hotel. Any charges incurred for early freight accepted by the hotel are the responsibility of the exhibitor.
